Residents of Sunberry Homes Soong Mactan received a submersible water pump from the real estate developer as a gift to upgrade their water supply capacity.
The water pump will supply clean and safe water to more than 200 homes within the community.
“We want our homeowners to thrive in their community long term and this is our way of giving back to them,” said Sunberry Homes Inc. Administrative Manager, Jojie Tajanlangit.
Sunberry Homes Soong Mactan also has notable environmental features including a cistern and overhead water tank and an underground drainage system.
Sunberry Homes Inc. expanded to Basak Sudtunggan, Lapu-Lapu City with Sunberry Homes Sudtunggan, a 3.4 hectare gated community with amenities including a basketball court, playground, swimming pool and multipurpose clubhouse.
